Do you want your kids to know more about their Judaism—even inspire a love that could last a lifetime?
Enroll in PJ Library®, a family engagement program that offers the gift of free, high-quality Jewish books and music for children ages 6 months through 8 years, delivered to your home on a monthly basis. PJ Library books celebrate important aspects of Jewish culture, values, and traditions and become cherished bedtime stories for the entire family. Older kids ages 9-11 years old can pick out their own monthly books through PJ Our Way. Whatever your background, knowledge, or family make-up, PJ Library welcomes all Jewish and Interfaith families to sign up.
Since its founding in western Massachusetts in 2005, PJ Library has grown to send more than 170,000 free Jewish books per month to more than 125,000 families living in 200 communities across the United States and Canada. Combined, PJ Library and its sister program Sifriyat Pijama in Israel deliver more than 540,000 free books each month to young children in 13 countries.

PJ Our Way
People often ask what comes after PJ Library.
PJ Our Way invites children between the ages of 9 -11 to continue to build their library of Jewish-themed books through an online community.
PJ Our Way is completely kid-driven; they choose their own books, creating a totally tailored experience based on their own interests and reading level. To make the book choice easier, the PJ Our Way website includes summaries and author bios, along with ratings, reviews, and video trailers created by kids themselves. Kids can also take polls and quizzes, participate in monthly interviews and challenges, post their own reviews, and comment on blog posts.
The PJ Our Way site is a completely safe and moderated space, perfect for acclimating older kids to using the web independently. It even has a blog for parents, where you can read about the books on offer for your child, and find family discussion questions for each book. You can also find out what values or topics are covered, as well as any content advisories you or your child should know before choosing a book.
