ConnectAge continues to build on connection and community focus for older adults. Our 2026 series is lead by Boomer Banter host, Wendy Green. 

In this  interactive workshop series, attendees will be individually exploring their unique experiences with Connection, Friendship, Loneliness,  and Community.

2. Friendship at Any Age - Making and Keeping Connections
3. Growing Through Life's Changes Together
4. Trust, Boundaries & the Courage to Ask for Support
5. Sharing Joy, Purpose & Meaning in Community
6. Staying Connected - Growing a Circle of Belonging

Learn about the importance of connection on our health. Build confidence in making new friends, as long-term friendships end. Explore how change continues to transform us, and no age is too old to learn. Break down resistance to asking for help when it is needed. Find purpose now, even if  the possibilities feel limited. Grow a circle of belonging.

Light snacks and water will be available at each workshop. Each series registration includes necessary materials.
